① I want totransfer other school outside Toyohashi City! I want to go back to my homecountry!

STEP1 [Citizen's Division of City Hall]

Procedures for address transfer and schooltransfer.

STEP2 [Current school]

Take the documents you received in STEP 1,bring them and prepare the necessary documents at your current school.

STEP3 [Municipal office for changeresidence]

Submit a new address and complete theaddress transfer procedure for elementary and junior high schools.

 

② I want totransfer to a school in Toyohashi City!

STEP1 [Citizen's Division of City Hall]

STEP2 [Current school]

Take the documents you received in STEP 1and have them prepare the necessary documents at your current school.

Foreign residents can use itin their daily lives such as school by registering a Japanese-style name thatthey use on a daily basis in addition to their home country name. If you wishto register, please go to the Citizens' Section of the City Hall.
Pick-up and drop-off for children／送迎
Getting on and off the car near the main gate and the north gate will obstruct the passage, so please get on and off at the south gate (Riheiike side) or the west side (gym side).
school deposit／預かり金

Please provide the cost of school lunch and school year.

Expenses to be shouldered

School lunch fee, school year fee (teaching materials), PTAmembership fee, school trip reserve, graduation album fee, nature classroomreserve, expenses required for club activities, etc.

 

It will be deducted on the 5th of every month. (In the case ofSaturdays, Sundays, and holidays, the next business day)

If cannot withdrawn your money due to insufficient balance, pleasetransfer to the designated account of the school.

The school will inform the relevant person.
